Option to send Stringfied JSON MQTT messages #158

First of all, nice job with this plugin. It works nice.

Would be nice to have an option to send only one message to a topic with all condessed messages generated by the device in a JSON string.

Something like:

{ "temperature" : "21.5", "humidity": "52", "battery": "98" }
