Disable tapping #16

Is it possible to disable tapping?
After I disable tapping in the synaptics settings, this tool enables it
again.

I prefer to use the buttons of the trackpad.

I use Toshiba's Synaptics Driver (9.1.0) and if I uncheck tapping, it gets re-
enabled.

Similar problems here on Samsung NC10 using Synaptics 12.2.22, except the
tapping
only re-enables itself after a long time period or after resuming from suspend /
hibernate and then the tapping can only be turned off by exiting
TwoFingerScroll,
turning it off in the Synaptic Properties and restarting TwoFingerScroll. If I
don't
exit TwoFingerScroll before changing the setting it re-enables immediately
afterwards.

i use dell xps aswell but the problem im having here is I enable tapping, I use
the twofingerscroll feature and it disables tapping by itself so I have to
uncheck and check the box and click apply to re enable it again.
