Non permanent bar icon.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I turn on Wifi
2. Fon access icon appears
3. But fon access icon notification can be deleted when in 1.0 it remained
there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the F to remain visible in the bar as it did in 1.0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.1 android donut 1.6

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry I made a mistake preparing the sources for the version 1.1 and i lost 
that feature.
Now with the version 1.2 it's solved.
