This means essentially (for all unannotated datasets!): you put a txt file with the format outlined by me (the TXT format!) into a folder raw, adding a file raw/sources.bib that contains the source as bibtex, and adding a file NOTES.md (not in raw) that contains a description of the data, ideally also who was involved to prepare. This is for now enough to later convert quickly to CLDF.
