Open citation note should search all the database, not just the literature note folder #256
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The "Open literature note" will duplicate a note if it is not located in the default folder. Like many people, I create my notes in a temporary directory. I later move them to a specific project folder once I think they are good enough.
Keeping all the notes in a single folder gets messy quite quickly.
Describe the solution you'd like
Either change the name of the command, or extend the check to all folders/files to ensure duplicates are not created.
I would prefer the second option, personally.
Describe alternatives you've considered
For now, I just do a manual search using the cite key. I would prefer that the command worked as its name suggests.
