Add option to disable automatic note creation during "Open Literature Note" action #264

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This plugin does a great job browsing citation library. It provides nice and fast UI. But it doesn't allow to import annotations from zotero pdf reader.

While zotero-integration extracts annotations pretty well, even if it created with builin Zotero-PDF tool, but UI is quite slow.

I see scenario, where it is convenient to create note using zotero-integration, but search them

Describe the solution you'd like Inside plugin settings add option to disable auto note creation. Or add a specific action to browse only already created in Obsidian Vault citation-notes.

Hallo I am also getting this: Unable to access literature note. Please check that the literature note folder exists, or update the Citations plugin settings. I have my vault on iCloud for syncing... I suppose this poses part of the problem
