Sign-in and Sign-up page not aligned #9

Right now, in the Sign In page, the forms are not aligned at the top. So we should probably align them at the top.

Also, we want to add a bit more background to the two forms. Maybe setting the background color to a color very close to white to provide a bit more structure. That would probably make it look nicer.
