Hi All, i have just found the new annotation file IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICanno.ilm10b4.hg19 and want to redo my annotations and rgset though minfi. However when i use:
I just get a 502 error or R just times out. getAnnotation worked fine for the B2 annotation, which usually takes about 5 min max.
Any help i could get would greatly be appreciated, i want the most up to date data set i can get!

p.s I am using R version 5.0.1, no issues loading the annotation library etc.
