The current design of the annotation packages results in high resource consumption for R CMD check being Travis CI fail. We need to redesign the annotation packages.
The re-design will consists of two steps.
1) (Temporarily) remove SNP information
2) add it back in
1) has been completed, but needs to be deployed so we can start having CI. It will need deploying the modified annotation packages somewhere now that Bitbucket has limitations.
