Hello, Thank you for creating minfi! It is super useful!

Is there an hg38 version of an Illumina Human Methylation Array 450K annotation package? Like this one: IlluminaHumanMethylation450kanno.ilmn12.hg19 but for hg38? If not, how could I create one? Thank you very much in advance.

Commenting to see if any user have found a solution to this. To my knowledge, there are still no annotation packages for hg38 coordinates for EPICv1 arrays either. This is quite limiting, seeing how minfi to my knowledge does not allow for custom array-based annotations.
