Added necessary functions to subset RGChannelSet. #58

I have added subsetByloci(). The functionality of the other function should be merged into getManifestInfo() which currently does almost this: it returns the CpGs in the manifest. We need to extend it to return CpGs in manifest which are also present in the RGChannelSet.
