Would love to see an example that is functionally the same as this but uses the built-in .net core 2.1 authentication functionality rather than Azure Easy Auth.

This would give people options for scenarios such as

Not running on Azure
Only needing authentication for part of the site (i.e. a patients section of a public website which is anonymous)

I'm not in a position to be able to do this as it is what I struggled with for 2 days at the hack. The issue is here just because it would be good to see how this is done, but this is a low priority issue.
