I have mixed results using the V2 firmware. With the latest I have to mash the reset a few times before I get a display. Some of the boards I make don't work at all.
I decided to try Markadev firmware for the AppleII-VGA https://github.com/markadev/AppleII-VGA/releases/tag/v1.0.0 and it works perfectly from my testing. Even boards that I thought were faulty are working correctly now.
Let me know how you have things setup and what firmware you are using please.
