Strange issue on a couple of boards - Characters wrong #9

Hi there, I have built a bunch of these boards and have 2 that are stubborn. Characters are all wrong. I know its the PI as I desoldered it and soldered a replacement and the card started behaving correctly. Anyway seen this before? Second screenshot is me type "asdfghj" AppleII ASDFGH
