python filters don't display help text #118

With rlwrap version 0.43 rlwrap -z <FILTER> produces a useful description for perl filters but not python filters (which show no output), whereas rlwrap -z listing shows descriptions of both perl and python filters.

Fixed in the newest version of rlwrap (0.45). Closing.
