Just downloaded WinFF and I get: Could not find either ffmpeg or avconv #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up newly downloaded WinFF from here: 
http://winff.org/html_new/downloads.html  Windows 64 bit
2. Add video file to be converted.
3. Set to AVI / XVID w/s and press convert

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A window converting the video file. 
Dialogue box: Could not find either ffmpeg or avconv

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.1
Win 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried googling without success, sorry.

Sorry to say I followed advice elsewhere to reset defaults. Now I can't add 
videos to the window as it says "select preset".

I've tried unistalling and reinstalling but I still get "select preset".

Using ver "1.5.4 64 bit". Managed to get working by clicking Edit:Restore 
Settings. Noticed that quotes before/after Edit:Options:MS Windows were 
removed. Defaults (that worked) were "C:\Program Files\WinFF\*". Seems to 
happen after upgrade/re-install.
