adding a viewer mode for manual annotation of ethograms

going to start cleaning "tez" data and this will help streamline the pipeline for cleaning ethograms to create a ground truth dataset

initializes an empty array in the shape of (behaviors, vid_length) and allows for manual annotation
saves the annotated ethogram in "clean_ethogram" of the output file for a given trial, will make it very easy to find later for training!

note: can revert back to simple fpl install after https://github.com/fastplotlib/fastplotlib/pull/313 is done

You wouldn't have to wait for PlotFrame. In mesviz I'm doing show(sidecar=False), and then sidecar is managed at the viz container level instead. I'm just gonna make the sidecar a ready only attr in PlotFrame, doesn't change things here.
