Write startup documentation #1

Currentry project web page (http://embedchat.org) have no informative
content. We need to write some documentations about our project, about how
to build, how to use it, etc.

Since our project prowered my Maven and project home site powered by
maven-site-plugin, all documentation must be created in maven-site format.
