Improve maven-skin velocity template #2

Our project home site (http://embedchat.org) is automatically generated
site by maven-site plugin (http://maven.apache.org/). We have work on
custom maven skin. We have some wroking version, be there are some
improvements that need to be done.

1) Fixt top menu navigation,
2) Fix desing and html template differences
3) Add possibility to use google adsense.
