Is it possible to write a new DTB file so that we can use mainline kernel?

rk3328主线内核的pwm驱动有bug（占空比调节失效），而贝壳云的cpu核心供电是用pwm做基准调压的，导致主线内核只能在800Mhz-1Ghz的频率下稳定工作，因此暂时不去弄主线内核
