Getting error which installing wp-download

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have install virtualdev and progressbar
2.After i am trying to install wp-download then i am getting this error:
"Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/wp-download", line 35, in <module>
    import wp_download.download as wpd_down
  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/wp_download/download.py", line 34, in <module>
    import wp_download.download as wpd_down
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'download'
"
3.So now can any one help me plz as soon as possible. 
thanx in advance.

What is the expected output? 
wp-download should begin start to install

What do you see instead?
getting error instead installing process.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I am using product wp-download v0.1.1.2 on ubuntu v11.04

wp-download is not maintained by us. Please contact the authors of 
"wp-download" for assistance.
