QGIS Georeferencer cannot add point in Mac #1

OSX: 10.9.4 Python: 2.7.6 QGIS: 2.2.0

The Add Point button in Georeferencer sometimes do not work after adding a few points.

Clicking on a point on raster image has no effect.

Workaround

1. Look for hidden window

The Enter map coordinates window is sometimes hidden behind the Georeferencer, or the main QGIS window. Bring it forward and click on it, or close it, and Georeferencer is back to normal.

2. Escape key

Press the Esc key to cancel the current operation

3. Restart QGIS

Save your added points, exit QGIS completely and start up QGIS again. This step always solve the problem.

Similar (same?) issue was reported 3 years ago at http://hub.qgis.org/issues/3743 and fixed in QGIS 2.0.0

If you can reproduce the problem, please submit a complete bug report to http://hub.qgis.org/projects/quantum-gis/issues

I will investigate further when I have time
