Include barcode file assistance? #3

 -d  FILE    dual barcode pair file

maybe convert these https://github.com/nanoporetech/qcat/tree/master/qcat/resources/kits and include them in the github?

can you auto-detect?

Good suggestion. Maybe I will add feature in following days. Because we want to use customized barcode sequences and combinations instead of official ones, this tool has options for barcode and pair file.

Suppose this question sequence must be prepared in advance by yourself, can it not be output according to fastq?
