Things that went well:

• We could communicate with each other online, no one was unreachable.
• No obvious grammatical/spelling errors in our report.
• Our second meeting with the client was well done and allowed us to gather requirements effectively.
• We learnt a lot about the SDLC, the basics of how to manage a project efficiently.
• Our M1 report was mostly well written with a few mistakes.

We managed to finish our project on time. We used all our meetings productively. Everyone helped each other when communicating with each other online.
