What could be improved better:

• Work delegation can be disseminated better; Tasks could be divided Each member should have an equal workload of tasks if possible.

• We could manage our time better, the first client meeting resulted in time lost.

We could be more clear on what tasks we have left and decide beforehand what to do for meetings. Or even create a to do list to track our progress.

We need to be sure that we are accurate in understanding the concepts in the Use case and ECB diagrams first and avoid assuming concepts in the diagram.
