Things that went well:

• Effective communication, information flow was smooth throughout the iteration.
• Finished the project on time, met the established deadlines.
• Meetings were productive.
• Improved understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Similar to M1, the team maintained a high standard in the quality of the report.
• Team members actively supported each other.
• Tasks were completed before the designated deadlines, almost a whole week before, with some refinements done afterwards.
