License missing #25

Insightface is MIT licensed but there is no license associated with this project. No one should touch a project without first understanding its license, so this is a considerable barrier to adoption/use.

Please include a license in the repository.

Insightface is MIT licensed but the models are NOT. You can't use the insightface models commercially.

Are we sure about this? The wording on Insightface sounds like the dataset is licensed prohibitively, not necessarily the models?

Oh I'm sorry, you are correct:

The training data containing the annotation (and the models trained with these data) are available for non-commercial research purposes only.

This project still needs a license though, or at least something in the README stating that it is subject to the same licensing as insightface (MIT code, non-commercial model/dataset).
