superresolution inpainting #78

Hi @haoheliu I saw that #51 was not being reviewed by the original author, so I am opening a new PR starting from his commit and applying the changes you recommended from the review.

So here is a new PR for superresolution inpainting.

I also did some format cleanup in the readme and changed the requirements (you had transformers twice in there and two different versions so it was creating some issues at times on install).
