Hi I saw in todo that you want to create gradio app for demo use case. I found this repo quite helpfull so I wanted to say thx by contributing to it. If possible I would like to take this task :)

I asked Claude to take a look and created a PR with the result. It took a long time to load the model the first time, and still takes longer than a minute to process a 2 sec clip... I'm sure there are things that could be optimized by a dev or someone more familiar with this project. 😄

@masonjames What is the hardware that you are running it on? Even with a 3080, I can't seem to run it.
