It’s a server side shadow ban to some of the features (likes/follow/etc). Usually after a couple hours it should work, BUT first delete the application completely then reinstall.

If you still want to use the tweak then the only working solution currently is to downgrade TikTok to version 18.0.0 and TikTok God to 1.12.2.
