After my continuous testing of downloading the old version, if you need all the features to work perfectly, you need to downgrade the TikTok version to v23.2.0 or lower. You can use cydia tweak "AppStore++" to install TikTok v23.2.0

I have updated TikTok v27.3.0 and "TikTokLRD" 1.7k cracked tweak from repo: https://rejail.ru/ , this combination works perfectly for me, you can try it
