Fixes pipeline failure caused by #9

So the AutoUpdate part still has errors with ESLint 9

The Astro action doesn't allow the underlying npm install command to be configured easily, I'll see if I can use the base Node action to install them instead, and hope the Astro action pulls from these dependencies as they'll have been cached.
