Exit confirmation cannot be disabled if doc is opened from file manager #566

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use "My File" app (I have also tried from "ES File Explorer") to open a doc 
(I tried PDF, EPUB, DJVU)
2. go to settings to turn off close confirmation and exit confirmation
3. press back button all the way

What is the expected output?
App to exit without confirmation.

What do you see instead?
A confirmation dialogue to exit app.

What version of the product are you using?
2.0.1

On what operating system?
Android 4.0.4

What device are you using?
Galaxy Note GT-N7000

Please provide any additional information below.
Exit confirmation works if I open a doc from the app itself instead of opening 
from a file manager. In this case, the book closes without confirmation and 
with another "back" app exit without confirmation.

Did you turned off Book close confirmation?

I did. I turned off both "Confirm application exit" and "Confirm book
closing" in "User Interface"

BTW, the confirmation IS turned off if I open a book from the app, i.e., I
first open the app and then open a book from the "Library" screen. But it
is not turned off if I open a book directly from a file manager; it ask me
if I "really want to exit from application."

Hi, I just discovered the exit confirmation is turned off if I exit using
the menu, i.e. I press menu then press exit. It is only not working if I
press the back button to exit.
