Screen flicker #606

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any PDF
2. Wait few minutes

What is the issue?
Every so often screen jumps about 10 pixels.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest as of today.

On what operating system?
Android 4.2 Cromi xenogenesis 5

What device are you using?
Transformer T700

Please provide any additional information below.
I dont know if the rom or the device is the problem, but this is maddening. 
Tell me if there is anything i can do to help diagnose and fix this issue

In development options of your firmware turn on show taps on screen to be sure 
that your touchscreen do not produce phantom taps.

No taps. Horizontal flicker with horizontal scroll locked.

Checking dev options show pointer location or disable hw overlays fixes the 
issue.
