extend support for custom min/max/step value to further characteristics:

Carbon Dioxide Level
Carbon Dioxide Peak Level
Carbon Monoxide Level
Carbon Monoxide Peak Level
Duration (Valve)
Remaining Duration (Valve)
Ambient Light Level
PM10 Density
PM25 Density
Ozone Density
Nitrogen Dioxide Density
Sulphur Dioxide Density
VOC Density

it is done in the same way as for already existing characteristics with min/max/step support, e.g. temperatures
