I've moved src/server.py to the main branch and it executes on commit. Need to set to work on CI cron next.

will be looked at later in June; needed update to ESA info is now done; other HDRL effort will need this too

in progress; Bob has scripts in the servers repo (src directory) that crawl known HAPI servers to augment any mission about details, create a combined catalog, and also a data availability table (dataset, start, stop of each dataset)

need to add KNMI latest HAPI server here and in all_.txt as well (eventually all_.txt needs to be generated automatically from servers.json but that's not ready yet)
