joystick should display when not connected #38

Timeout if not receiving a message over UART from main for over 3 seconds, then show red. Should be written on joystick esp.

Maybe instead of showing red, blink player 4 leds? Can't display battery anyway when not connected

Can't remember what this was for. If the main ESP crashes, I'll notice...
