RGB Led is controlled from secondary ESP

[x] Test RGB led
[x] Write code to receive commands from main on joystick
[x] Write libary to send commands from main
[ ] Create some states and assign colors: On, connected to controller, error
[x] Think about how the led could be used for debugging (if event then led) without conflicting with current state.
[ ] Blinking function in library? Not high priority. We could create a separate issue for this so we can at least close this one.
[x] Create function that always makes brightness blink every second to see that there is still activity on the chip and it didn't freeze.

Maybe: Wifi connected = green Bluetooth connected = blue Both = turkois/cyan

and that frees the red channel to signal errors. Maybe if we put green & blue on half brightness, and red on max, it will still stand out even if the rest is connected?
