Update to Android 11 (API Level 29) #3

A long time has passed since this project was updated to the latest version of Android.

It would be nice to migrate it to the latest stable version of Android Jetpack.

@jamesagnew actually I was just opening the issue for the formality of associate it to a pull request.

The DSTU2 server seems to be down, so the test is failing. Someone need to start the Hapi FHIR container or give another url I could patch into PR #4.

Hi @jpventura , oops! Weird coincidence I just happened to check github right as you were submitting this!

The fhirtest.uhn.ca host is having issues right now, but it's just a mirror of the actual server: http://hapi.fhir.org/baseDstu2/Patient/

That server is up.

Thank you @jamesagnew. Now the test is passing at Travis CI.
