Search Parameters on UI do not have the Option to put in Parameter

In the Search Parameters section for a resource, it only gives the option to select which search parameters you would like to filter by, but there is no input box that allows you to put in the values to filter by.

For example, let's say I wanted to search an Observation by code=123 and identifier=456. Using the example server on HapiFHIR 5.3.0 and R4 Server, I could choose the search parameters code and identifier for an Observation, but there is no place to put in the values 123 and 456 as shown in the picture below:

This is in contrast to how version 5.0.0, which allows you to put in parameters and looks like this:
