Request for better Readme #46

Could you write a better Readme, where you describe the installation of this library, and an use example where we can clearly see how to use this thing.

You can find more info over at https://github.com/hapijs/catbox and in the test folders of both repos. Also PR's to the readme to make things clearer are always welcome!
