Add `Enforce:false` mode #117

Lets rename 'dryRun' to enforce: false (default true). Sorry for the delay @AlonMiz - do you have time to update otherwise I should be able to in the next 2 days. [I'm not sure how global 'dry run' is - where enforce: false is hopefully more universal]
