Joi change of leadership #2820

Hello everyone! Recently Eran contacted us regarding Joi as he is no longer actively involved in open-source work. As a result, we're hapi to announce that Joi is coming back home into hapi's ecosystem :partying_face:. Joi and other related repositories will be transferred from Sideway's GitHub organization to hapi's organization. Joi will still be left published as joi on NPM. Internal Joi dependencies published under @sideway however will be published under @hapi. Joi plugins such as @joi/date and futures to come will be kept under @joi scope. We don't expect these changes to disturb users workflow, but if you encounter any problem feel free to open an issue on Joi repository. If you want to financially support Joi work, you can head over hapi’s OpenSource Collective: https://opencollective.com/hapijs.

We're excited to welcome Nicolas Morel (aka @Marsup ) as a new hapijs TSC member. For those that don't know him, he's an active member of our community and has been around for a long time, pretty much since its inception. If you've been chatting on our Slack channels, there is a chance you've crossed path at some point. We'll work together to maintain and evolve Joi. We're looking forward to collaborate on Joi and make it even cooler that it already is.

You can consider the above changes to take effect immediately.
