Custom session id as requested on issue #104 #106

new option to allow custom session IDs as requested in #104 .

english is not my native language, so if someone can have a look at API.md and see if I not misspelled anything... :sweat_smile:

I'm not very good at naming things, so I'm accepting suggestions for customSessionIDGenerator
