Add note about ttl cookie option #78

@OmniJeff Just updating the readme to note that the ttl cookie option exists and can be used to specify a cookie life time.

The tests are failing due to linting failures. This is just a doc update. Takes care of issue #77

Hey @OmniJeff. I'm maintaining another hapi module, accept. I'm interested in yar and would be happy to jump in and take this over if you'd like to move on to other projects.
