Readme revamp #14

The readme needs to be cleaned-up a bit. Also worth describing some ideas around plugin/server separation and why the boilerplate is constructed the way it's constructed.

@maxatbrs Keep in mind HauteCouture is getting worked on to bring into the project, mentioning because it affects the structure.

@WilliamSWoodruff definitely dude! I see this being two pronged - first is an overall update with better language, formatting, logo etc. Second is to take all the 1.0.0 features and outline them. I'm going to put it up for revisions and we can all discuss per commit. This might hang around until v1.

I made this more developer user friendly, added a stupid logo and added examples. I need to finish my first route (working title) but this will be an example of how to get a route going and handler talking to the disk adapter.

Thoughts?
