Use haute-couture for directory structure #9

Build the main boilerplate plugin using haute-couture. Also include .gitkeeps for directories whose corresponding features we'd like to encourage, like methods/.

The boilerplate prefers callbacks, so this can probably be worked-on before HC v1.1 comes out.
