Update CONTRIBUTING.md #72

As of 15.x the hapijs project dropped CONTRIBUTING.md so the url has been updated to point at the last-known good instance (v14.2.0).

Only failure is, The following leaks were detected:WebAssembly. Since the last test was fine and I didn't touch that, I'm guessing it's a dependent library that isn't tightly specified and so it's changed and is causing this.

Strangely, when I search for this message, I only get 2 hits and one is another build from this project, BUT that build doesn't have the error. That seems like a rather unlikely coincidence.

@rainabba I know it's been a while, but it this PR still relevant?

This has become rather old. @augnin if we can't resolve this in the short-term I'd recommend closing this out. If there's still an outstanding issue today then let's log it as an issue so that we don't forget. Thanks everyone for the contributions 🥂
