Comment out TextDxfDocument error in WriteSplineBoundaryHatch #201

It seems that AddEntity for sub entities of a parent entity are redundant.

The TestDxfDocument project is just a place holder, do with it what you like. It might include old samples that got broken with new updates. For small fixes just open an issue, tThere is no need for a Pull Request.
