AutoCad2000 Support #227

I would like to read this AutoCad2000 DXF file. Bulby-scott.zip

The file loads just fine, I do not see a problem using Release 2.4.0. The only minor thing is that the Style called "STANDARD" references to a font "txt" without the extension, It will default to the "simplex.txt" instead.
